918-920 Jefferson Street

The multi-resident apartment complex has what appears to be a flat roof with a wide cornice and a boxed soffit. The building has vertical grooved plywood on the top half and brick on the bottom story. The bricks are of various colors including white and black for a decorative effect. There are metal slider windows throughout. Each floor has a large picture window on an opposite end of the building. There are decorative shutters on the windows. The door hood appears to be of vinyl or metal and has a shed roof shape. The building is surrounded by a blacktop parking area and a fence. The lot is raised above the street level, but the building is built on a leveled area.

This property is located within the McLoughlin Conservation District but is not a locally designated historic site. Contact ocplanning@orcity.org for more information.
