This single story residence has a rectangular plan. It sits on a concrete block foundation and is clad in vertical groove plywood siding. The low sloped front gable has large overhangs with brackets and is covered in composition shingling. The windows are primarily aluminum sliding or fixed. There is a low chimney on the north side. The site is landscaped with numerous basalt retaining walls through which a concrete stair makes its way to the front door. The detached garage is at street level with a gabled roof.
