This c.1935 minimal traditional house is rectangular in plan with a jerkinhead roof. A hip roof is present over an enclosed porch entrance. Classical elements, such as applied flat pilasters surround the recessed entrance door. The windows are 1/1 aluminum frame typically, with a fixed picture window at the front elevation. The exterior is clad in vinyl siding Concrete steps lead up to the entrance porch, which has a metal hand railing. A concrete retaining wall encircles the property on the north and east elevations. Established trees and shrubs are present in the front yard.
