This 1-1/2 Minimal Traditional has two eaveless front gables, the forward smaller gable projecting out from the larger recessed gable. Cornices extend out from the side elevations with boxed beadboard soffits. Windows are aluminum sliders and the exterior siding is wood shingle. An exterior chimney is located on the north elevation, while the south side boasts a shed roof dormer. A brick border runs from the watertable to the sidewalk of the east elevation, turning into a flowerbox under the front window which has a shed hood upheld by a small column in each corner . Basement windows are visible in the poured concrete foundation of the south elevation.
