This one story WWII-era Cottage is square in plan and sits on a poured concrete foundation with basement. The eaveless gable roof is covered in composition shingles and is pierced by a chimney. The house is covered with metal lap siding. Windows are primarily multi-pane fixed and 2/2 wood double-hung. The inset entry porch has wrought iron railing and a narrow post. The garage is under the northeast corner of the house.
