1017 JQ Adams Street

This ranch house has a hip roof sheathed in composition shingles. It is clad in bevel lap siding. The house also has a roman brick half wall and a roman brick chimney. The windows are metal casements. Most have one large center light with a 4-pane casement on either side. The windows are surrounded by a molding trim. At the front of the yard is a parged concrete retaining wall. There is also a rubble/basalt retaining wall on the north side. A large, shed awning is attached to the back of the house. There is an integrated one-car garage.
