This one-story minimal tract house has a low hipped roof and sits on a poured concrete foundation. It is clad in wood shingles. There are two sets of tall vertical wood windows on the front façade. Most of the remaining windows are 2/2 wood. Nearly all of them have fixed aluminum storms. There is a small front porch incorporated under the hip roof. It is connected to the sidewalk by a poured concrete ramp. The front door has glass-block sidelights. There is also an entry with its own small projecting roof on the south side of the house.
This property is located within the McLoughlin Conservation District but is not a locally designated historic site. Contact email@example.com for more information.
