This 1-1/2 story bungalow house has a gable roof covered in composition shingles. It has a rectangular plan and sits on a poured concrete foundation. The house is clad in channel drop siding and features wide cornerboards and bargeboards. It also has decorative brackets and unusual stick-work in the gable. The recessed front porch has four truncated posts, a frieze, and a solid rail. The windows on the ground floor are 1/1 vinyl. The upper story windows are the original 1/1 wood windows. All of the windows have pedimented hoods. At the rear of the house is an enclosed patio and the front yard is enclosed by a picket fence.
