205 Center Street

This one-story transitional-style house has a rectangular plan and sits on a poured concrete foundation. The hip roof is covered in composition shingles and is pierced by a hip dormer. Rafter tails are exposed though obscured by gutters. The house is covered in vertical T&G siding grounded by a water table. Windows are primarily 1/1 wood double-hung and sliding windows. The roof is cantilevered over the east (front) façade to create an inset porch. The roof is supported by narrow columns. A shed roof addition is on the west (rear) façade. There is a picket fence on the east and north sides of the yard.

This property is located within the McLoughlin Conservation District but is not a locally designated historic site. Contact ocplanning@orcity.org for more information.
