This one story minimal traditional house has a rectangular plan and sits on a concrete foundation with basement. The gable roof is covered with composition shingles, has eave returns and is pierced by a chimney. The house is covered with asbestos shingles, possibly original to the house. Windows are primarily 1/1 wood double-hung. The main entrance is recessed. There is a secondary entrance on the west façade. The patio on the west has been enclosed. Skylights have been added.
