616 10th Street

This one story minimal tradition in Colonial mode has a rectangular plan and sits on a poured concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with composition shingles and is pierced by two gable roof dormers. The house is covered with lap siding. There is an exterior chimney on the west façade. Windows are primarily multi-pane fixed and 8/8 and 6/6 wood double-hung. The front façade has a bay window. The main entry door is recessed with a new rail and attached garage marks its east elevation of this corner house.
