615 7th Street

This one story commercial style building has a rectangular plan and adjoins 611 7th Street. The flat roof is built-up and is lined with a stepped parapet. The structure is built of hollow clay tile with stucco top coat on the sides and front. The walls are grounded with a water table and brick accent walls that incorporate planter boxes. Windows are primarily large fixed-pane that have had their transoms infilled. There are three separate entrances to the building.
