It sits on a concrete foundation and appears to be clad in round edge drop siding above the porch roof and simple beveled siding below it. There are also corner boards and a wide water table. The front gabled roof is covered with composition shingling. There is a large bargeboard with brackets. The windows have been fully replaced by 1/1 vinyl. The front porch has a hip roof supported by boxed columns, with simple pilasters where the porch meets the front wall. The porch railing is enclosed and clad in round edge drop siding, with front drainage openings. The concrete stairs have wrought iron railings. There is a detached garage to the rear of the house. It is gabled and has the same siding and trim detailing as the main house. The windows have also been changed to vinyl and the garage door is new.
