This one-story contemporary-style building has a rectangular plan and sits on a concrete foundation. The flat roof is built up and has a wide eave. The eave above the main entrance door extends even further out to provide coverage for the doorway. The walls are brick. Windows are primarily aluminum fixed picture and casements. Two fixed picture windows are on each side of the main entrance door. A metal canopy overhangs the rear entrance door.
