This one-story minimal tract house has a rectangular plan and sits on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with tile and has a wide eave with returns. The roof is cantilevered over the front façade and is supported by metal columns. The gables are sheathed in horizontal drop siding. The rest of the house is covered in vertical plywood siding. Windows are vinyl sliders.
