This one-story bungalow has a rectangular plan and sits on a poured concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered in composition shingles and the eaves are supported by decorative brackets. The gables are sheathed in lap siding. The walls are covered with vertical tongue and groove siding. Windows are primarily sliders. The main window on the front façade are three narrow fixed panes. The large porch is covered with a gable roof that is supported by metal columns with Roman brick rail.
