This one story house sits under a side gable roof that is clipped and features enclosed eaves and gable end returns. A small gable projects out from the center of the south façade over the main entry to the house, supported by a pair of large brackets. This small gable features boxed eaves and an arched ceiling over the entry. The house is clad with drop siding finished with cornerboards above the poured concrete foundation. The windows are primarily 1/1 double-hung wood sash, but the south side windows have been replaced with fixed sashes. The windows typically feature wide board trim on all four sides. A brick chimney is located on the west wall of the house.
