This one story minimal tract house has a rectangular plan and sits on a poured concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered in composition shingles and is pierced by a chimneys. The house is covered with vertical groove plywood with lap siding on the gable ends. Windows are primarily sliding windows flanked by decorative shutters. The pent roof entry porch protects the recessed main entrance door and has wrought iron railings and posts. An enclosed carport is on the north side of the house.
