This one story transitional style house has a rectangular plan and sits on a poured concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered in composition shingles and is pierced by a large shed dormer. The house is covered with lap siding grounded by a water table with cap. Windows are primarily 1/1 wood double-hung, vinyl slider and picture. The inset porch has a knee wall and columns supporting the roof. The north façade has a gable roof bay. A shed roof addition is on the rear (west) façade. There is a hipped roof addition to the south façade.
