This one story minimal tract-style house has a rectangular plan and sits on a poured concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered in composition shingles and pointed barge boards. The gable roof of the front porch is supported by decorative brackets. The front façade of the house, and the knee wall and gable end of the front porch are covered in narrow lap siding. The remaining facades of the house are covered in wide lap siding. Windows are 1/1 wood double-hung and aluminum sliders. The gable roof entry porch has eave returns and is supported by posts. A detached garage is on the south side of the house.
