This one story house sits under a gable roof with a large rectangular bay at the east end of the north façade under a second gable. The gables feature eaves enclosed with aluminum siding, and the west gable end retains its original knee brackets. The north side of the main gable, west of the bay, is an enclosed porch. The house is now entirely clad with vinyl siding, and all of the windows are aluminum sash replacements of the original windows. Awnings have been added over many of the windows.
This property is located within the McLoughlin Conservation District but is not a locally designated historic site. Contact ocplanning@orcity.org for more information.
