This one story modern commercial building houses the Huntley-Draper Drug Company and sits under a flat roof with a large projecting cornice of wood. The building features a Roman brick façade laid in a running bond and a large bank of storefront windows at the southwest corner. These windows are fixed aluminum sashes with a single aluminum framed glass door serving as the entry to the building. A steel awning projects out to cover the entry on the west end of the south façade. A low brick planter runs the rest of the length of this façade and wraps around the east end of the building.
This property is located within the McLoughlin Conservation District but is not a locally designated historic site. Contact ocplanning@orcity.org for more information.
