This bungalow exhibits craftsman detailing in its brackets, rafter tails, and windows. The windows all appear to be original wood and are currently covered with metal storm windows. Sitting on a hill up off the street, a two-level stair leads up to the front porch, though these railings are recent wood additions. Most notably, the house is now covered with vinyl siding, including vertical groove plywood as a skirt covering the foundation. A small lean-to porch on the back (west) elevation appears to be a later addition. The house sits under a large gable with a smaller gable to the north that serves as an entry porch. A shed dormer protrudes on the north side of the main dormer.
This property is located within the McLoughlin Conservation District but is not a locally designated historic site. Contact ocplanning@orcity.org for more information.
