The eave above the recessed main entrance door extends further out to provide coverage for the doorway. The walls are covered with channel drop siding. Windows are primarily fixed picture windows with 1/1 sidelights and 1/1 vinyl double-hung. The rear façade has sliding glass doors. There is a rubble basalt retaining wall.
