This one story bungalow has a rectangular plan. The cross gable roof is covered with composition shingles, has decorative rake board and eave brackets, and is pierced by a chimney. The house is covered with vinyl siding. Windows are primarily aluminum sash sliders. The roof cantilevers over the entry doors to create porches and is supported by wrought iron columns.
