This one-story minimal tract house has a rectangular plan and sits on a poured concrete foundation. The hip roof is covered with composition shingles and is pierced by a chimney. The house is covered with wood shingles with brick on the front façade. Windows are primarily 1/1 wood double-hung with 6-pane aluminum fixed at front. A single car garage is incorporated into the west side.
