1307 9th Street

This single story World War II-era Cottage has rectangular plan that rests on a concrete foundation. Its hip roof is covered in composition shingles and is pierced by a wide, exterior brick chimney stack. Exterior walls are clad in lap siding and windows are primarily wood 2/2 doublehung and fixed pane. Decorative features include the brick facing and wide overhanging eaves.
