1003 9th Street

This one story vernacular residence has a rectangular plan that sits on a concrete foundation. Its front facing gable roof is covered in composition shingles and is pierced by an interior chimney. The residence is clad in lap siding and features 8/1 and 6/1 wood double-hung windows. A gabled entry bay projects from the center of the house and appears to be an addition. Other alterations include a partial window replacement and the new siding.

This property is located within the McLoughlin Conservation District but is not a locally designated historic site. Contact ocplanning@orcity.org for more information.
