EATON RESIDENCE c.1903 -- Statement of Significance: This property has an interesting history because it was built as a woodshed for the original house on this lot, which burned in the 1920s. The original owner was Leslie O. Eaton, a millman for an Oregon City mill and a high-ranking member of the Masonic Lodge. His wife, Lois, conducted services and Sunday school for 11 years in the Canemah Church (Baptist).
