CLARA MARTIN HOUSE c.1910 -- Statement of Significance: Clara Bell Martin, born in Oregon in 1874, was the wife of Willard Martin, a Minnesota-born millwright who was born in 1864. They had two children, George, born in 1894, and Ray, born in 1896. The structure is a typical vernacular house for the first decade following the turn of the century.
