Jury Trials

Please respond to your jury summons witihin a week so that we are able to update you with any cancellations or changes in a timely manner. You must do one of the following options:

To confirm your jury summons:

To submit a request to be excused:

Please email all relevant details to the Jury Coordinator listed on the back of your summons: ocmuni@orcity.org.

Please include:

1.Your summons number as the subject line

2. A completed and signed copy/scan of the back of the summons

3. Your contact phone number and email address

4. A full explanation of your request in the body of the email

Please note you should receive a response to your email and if you do not receive one within a week please be sure to follow- up.
