HELEN M. TAYLOR RESIDENCE c.1895 -- Statement of Significance: This may be a Frederick White house, since he sold the lot to Miss Taylor in 1895. The house is significant for its age and good craftsmanship. (Note: County tax records show improvement, Lot 6, 1901, then no improvements past 1925. However, Lot 7 shows improvement 1905 through 1925, although Sanborns show no house on Lot 7 in 1911 or 1925 and does show improvement on Lot 6 in both 1911 and 1925. Since both lots were owned by the same person throughout these years, it seems likely that the County mixed lots up, but not sure.)
