This one story minimal tract house has a rectangular plan and sits on a concrete foundation with basement. The gable roof is covered with composition shingles and is pierced by two chimneys. There are shed dormers to the rear. The house is covered with wood shingle siding. Windows are primarily leaded fixed and 8/1 leaded double-hung. The gable roof entry is supported by large brick pilasters. There is an external brick chimney on west side. A double car garage is attached to the east façade and may be original to the house. There is also a detached single car garage with a carport.
