516 and 516 1/2 1st Street

This 1-1/2 story bungalow is rectangular in plan and sits on a concrete block foundation. The gable roof, supported by decorative eave brackets, is covered in composition shingles and is pierced by gable dormers. The house is covered with round-edge drop siding ground by a water table and cap. The upper half-story is covered in wood shingles. Windows are primarily large-fixed picture windows and 1/1 wood double-hung. A wing has been added to the south façade.
