This one-story vernacular house on the alley is rectangular in plan. The side gable roof is covered in composition shingles. The house is covered with channel drop siding ground by vertical wood foundation skirting. Windows are primarily 1/1 vinyl double hung. The hip roofed entry porch has narrow posts and open rail. The main entry doors are double French doors. An early one-story ell is on the rear (south) façade.
