The City's Public Works Department approves construction plans submitted by a developer for various developments. If the development contains on-site stormwater facilities, the City must ensure that the stormwater facility continues to be functional and that it is maintained by the current property owner and future property owners.
The documents below is to be completed by the developer/property owner and notarized to execute a covenant and access easement so that the City, its employees, independent contractors and designees may enter the development to perform any and all work required to bring the Stormwater Facilities into compliance with the City's stormwater standards.
