This form is used by Development Services to formalize what the developer must provide as a bond or surety for completion of public improvements.
For projects properly permitted, the guarantee shall be 120% of the cost of public improvements as determined by a cost estimate that is prepared, signed, and stamped by a professional civil engineer.
For projects needing additional permitting, but given the ability to start construction early, the guarantee amount is 150%.
