Oregon City is currently underway the development of a new Parks Master Plan with PROS Consulting INC. The City's last master plan was conducted in 2008. With this new Parks Master Plan, our goal is to address the City's parks and recreation facilities, programs, staffing, funding, landscape management, and priority needs for the next 20 years, with a focus on a 10-year implementation timeframe. This page will be updated frequently as the master plan develops.
As the City continues developing a plan, you are invited to join us on May 6th, 2024 at 6 pm for the next public engagement meeting. The meeting will take place both in person and virtually. The in-person meeting is at the Pioneer Community Center, 615 5th Street or you can register to attend virtually and we will post the link soon. Other Parks Master Plan meeting dates are as follows:
Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee - March 28th at 6:00 pm
Citizen Involvement Committee - April 1st at 6:00 pm
Planning Commission - April 8th at 7:00 pm
Youth Advisory Council - May 13th at 6:00 pm
City Commission - May 7th at 7:00 pm
