e-cards

An e-card grants immediate access to all of Oregon City Library's online resources, including e-books and e-audiobooks along with the ability to place holds on up to three physical items immediately. e-cards are available to all residents of Oregon City, age 13 and up.

Note: If you have an Oregon City Library card, you already have access to all available library services and do not need an e-card.

How to Get an e-card

  1. Fill out the online registration form and set your library to Oregon City.
  2. You will receive an email with your library e-card number.
  3. Visit our Online Services page to access our digital services.

How to Upgrade an e-card to a Physical Card

  1. Visit the library during our open pickup hours.
  2. Bring a photo ID and proof of current address.
  3. Complete a paper LINCC Library Card Application, or you can pre-fill and print Page 1 (English [PDF] / Spanish [PDF]).
  4. Submit to a staff member.
  5. You will receive a physical card with your new library card number.
