Educator Library Cards

The Libraries in Clackamas County (LINCC) collaborate to offer educators living in Clackamas County—or teaching at a school located in LINCC’s service area—access to more than one million items to check out for classroom use. To apply for an Educator Card, stop by the library with your valid identification and proof of current educator status. Educator cards must be renewed every year after June 30.

Educator Card Benefits

  • Checkout up to 80 items (and place 40 holds) for instructional use
  • 6-week loan period
  • No overdue fines (only pay for lost/damaged items)

See the Educator Card FAQs and Educator Card Policy for more details.

Schools and other educational institutions interested in applying for a site-level library card may email Circulation for more information.

Book Collections for Educators

Need books to support an instructional unit? Or a few copies of a small group read? Submit a Book Collection Request Form with as much detail as possible so that we can curate the best collection for you. Please note that it takes time to gather materials from around the LINCC system, so we recommend that you place the request at least 2 weeks in advance. We will contact you when you collection is ready to pick up.
