Commercial Permits

On this page view building applications and forms for your commercial project. Please see the Submittal Process and Guidelines for permit submittal requirements. Please email your application(s) and plans to the Building Department email. If you have large files to send, please email the Building Department and request a link to upload your files. Call 503-722-3789 or email the Building Department with any questions.

All commercial applications submitted after April 1, 2023, are required to be designed for the 2022 OSSC.

As of July 1st, 2022, Resolution 22-01 requires newly proposed commercial properties, as well as significant additions or changes of use, to apply to Clackamas Fire District for a separate fire access and water supply review. This review is in addition to any of those from the City of Oregon City and must be approved and sent to the Building Department at permits@orcity.org before your permit can be issued.
