Chief's Advisory Group
The group acts as a two-way conduit funneling information, concerns and issues from the citizenry to the police and fire departments, and returning information, plans, problems, etc. to the public.

Arts Commission
The Oregon City Arts Commission provides support and visibility to the Arts in Oregon City per Oregon City Municipal Code Chapter 2.26.

Budget Committee
The Budget Committee meets on a biennial basis around April/May to receive the budget message, review the proposed budget, provide opportunity for public input, and approve the budget and tax rate(s).

Citizen Involvement Committee (CIC)
The Citizen Involvement Committee (CIC) is made up of representatives from Oregon City’s neighborhood associations who concentrate on ways to encourage greater public involvement and communication between the city and its residents.

Development Stakeholders Group
The purpose of the Development Stakeholders Group (DSG) is to foster a dialog between the City, the development community and the public to improve City development processes.

Enhancement Grant Program Committee
The Enhancement Grant Program Committee is responsible for selecting grant recipients on an annual basis for projects and programs that meet the criteria of the Enhancement Grant Program (EGP).

Historic Review Board
The HRB reviews public improvements; reviews private and commercial buildings for historic compatibility; recommends ordinances and resolutions to the City Commission; and considers landmark designations, demolitions, and archeological site designations.

Library Board
The purpose of the board shall be to advise the City Commission and Library Director on policy matters pertaining to the Oregon City Public Library.

Natural Resources Committee
The Natural Resources Committee assists in the review and implementation of plans and policies to protect, restore and enhance the environmental quality of Oregon City within the urban growth boundary.

Parks & Recreation Advisory Committee
The purpose of the committee is to advise the director and make recommendations to the City Commission regarding parks, recreation and cemetery operations and planning.

Planning Commission
The purpose of the Planning Commission is to serve as an advisory body to, and a resource for, the City Commission in land use materials.

South Fork Water Board
The purpose of the Board is to operate, manage, maintain, and control the water supply and distribution system to provide a domestic water supply to the cities of Oregon City and West Linn and to its contractual surplus water purchasers.

Transportation Advisory Committee
The Transportation Advisory Committee is an advisory committee tasked with providing advice and recommendations to the City Commission, Urban Renewal Agency and Planning Commission on transportation related matters as well as to guide the preparation of transportation plans and programs.

The decisions of the Urban Renewal Commission have the potential of improving the face of Oregon City and the City's economy, impacting service demands, the business climates, and adjacent neighborhoods to the urban renewal district.

Youth Advisory Commission
The Oregon City Youth Advisory Commission (YAC) is created to provide local students a voice in their municipal government, build an understanding of governance and leadership and to provide opportunities to engage and serve the community. The Youth Advisory Commission shall be guided by the belief that local involvement at a young age is crucial to ensuring a well- informed and engaged citizenry in the future and to provide an opportunity for members to become equipped with the knowledge and leadership skills necessary to become active contributors in the community now and in the future.
