1213 12th Street

This one-story bungalow has a rectangular plan and sits on a poured concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with composition shingles, has decorative eave brackets and exposed rafter tails and is pierced by a chimney. The house is covered with lap siding and has pointed bargeboards. Windows are primarily 1/1 wood double hung. The gable roof entry porch is supported by 4x4 posts (not original) and also has exposed rafter tails and eave brackets. The west entry is covered by a gabled and bracketed entry hood. The porch has been rebuilt.
