Low Density Residential Districts

Medium Density Residential Districts

  • R-5
  • R-3.5 (also allows duplexes and attached homes)

High Density Residential District

  • R-2 (Multifamily dwellings also permitted in MUC, MUD, NC, and HC zones)

Commercial, Institutional, and Mixed Use Districts

Industrial, and Employment Districts
