   All streets within the city are categorized based on their functional class.

3. Neighborhood Associations Map

   The Neighborhood Associations map shows the 12 neighborhood associations that make up Oregon City.

4. Subdivisions

   The Subdivisions map shows the all the subdivisions that make up Oregon City.

5. Winter Weather Response Map

   The City is ready to respond to inclement weather.

6. Voter Precincts Map

   The Voter Precincts map shows the voter precincts within Oregon City.

Land Use & Zoning

The Zoning and Land Use Maps category includes planning-themed maps, such as zoning, comprehensive plan, and vacant lands maps.

1. Zoning Map

   This map shows current zoning as of April 12, 2022 (latest ordinance 21-1015).

2. Comprehensive Plan Map

   The Comprehensive Plan is the principal land-use planning ordinance and the City's controlling land-use document.

3. Vacant Lands Map

   This map depicts vacant lands with constrained and unconstrained areas in Oregon City using the 2013 Vacant Lands GIS Data from Metro's Regional Land Information System.

Economic Development

The Economic Development Maps category includes maps which showing districts with special economic zones.

1. Enterprise Zone Districts

   This map was developed by Clackamas County.

2. Urban Renewal District

   The Urban Renewal Area consists of a large portion of the waterfront, Cove, and business areas in the downtown area of Oregon City.

3. Vertical Housing Development Zone

   This map shows the Vertical Housing Development Zone, which was approved in 2013.

Natural Resources

The Natural Resources Maps category includes maps pertaining to the natural environment, including the Natural Resources Overlay District, and the Local Wetland Inventory.

1. Natural Resource Overlay District (NROD)

   The Natural Resource Overlay District (NROD) protects the habitats and associated functions of the streams, riparian corridors, wetlands and the regulated wildlife habitat found in Oregon City.

2. Local Wetland Inventory

   In 1999, the city conducted a local wetland inventory to delineate known water resource and wetland area within the city Urban Growth Boundary (UGB).

3. Water Quality & Flood Management Areas

   This map includes the FEMA 100 Year Floodplain (2008 version), the 1996 flood inundation line, and the Water Quality Resource Overlay District (Title 3) and its components.

Hazards

The Hazards Maps category includes various maps landslide and geologic hazards maps produced by the Oregon Department of Geology and Mineral Industries (DOGAMI) , as well as Oregon City maps, such as earthquake risk, steep slopes and hazardous materials.

1. Geologic Hazards Map

   This map shows the official geologic hazards map for Oregon City, as adopted through ordinance 10-1003 on August 6, 2010.

2. Slope Map

   If you need a full-sized copy (36 inches by 48 inches) printed, please contact the GIS Department.

3. Earthquake Hazard Map

   This map shows relative earthquake hazard areas for Oregon City.

4. Hazardous Materials Sites Map

   This map depicts sites within Oregon City that have reported Hazardous Material (HAZMAT).

5. DOGAMI Geologic Map & Report

   This map and report (GMS-119) of the Geology of the Oregon City 7.5' Quadrangle was released by the Oregon Department of Geology and Mineral Industries (DOGAMI) in 2009.

6. DOGAMI Landslide Hazard & Risk Study

   This report was released by the Oregon Department of Geology and Mineral Industries (DOGAMI) in 2013.

7. DOGAMI Landslide Inventory Maps

   These maps were released by the Oregon Department of Geology and Mineral Industries (DOGAMI) in 2009 (IMS-26, IMS-29), 2010 (IMS-30) and 2012 (IMS-48).

FEMA & Floodplain

The FEMA and Floodplain Maps category provides a wealth of information on flooding within Oregon City.

1. FEMA Maps

   The City of Oregon City participates in the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP), which makes flood insurance available to everyone.

2. 100 Year Floodplain

   The 100 Year Floodplain map depicts the FEMA 100-year flood zone boundary (2008 version), which is the area with a 1-percent annual chance of flooding, as well as the extent of the inundation area from 1996 flood.
