Utility Assistance Program

In partnership with the Clackamas County Utility Support Program, we assist seniors and those with disabilities with utility support applications. This program is available by appointment only: Program is dependent on available funding. 

This program assists low-income households with winter heating bills and summer cooling bills. The program is on a first-come, first-served basis and you must be a Clackamas County resident.

Applicants must meet federal low-income guidelines to apply and qualify.

Funds are available to assist those who heat or cool with:

• Electricity (PGE)
• Natural Gas (NW Natural)
• Oil
• Pellets
• Propane
• Wood
