Social Services

The Pioneer Center provides services to adults in the community to enhance their quality of life by offering the following social services:

Nutrition Services: Provides the opportunity to enjoy a congregate meal in our dining room.

Meals on Wheels: For homebound seniors 60 and over and Medicaid eligible persons of any age.

Transportation Program: Door to Door service to doctors, shopping and recreational activities for residents who are 60+ or people with disabilities.

Client Services: Outreach and in-house services to provide information and referral assistance to assist seniors.

Educational and recreational programs: A wide variety of classes, activities and day trips.

Pioneer Pantry: Every Friday at 10 am, offering a wide variety of discounted grocery items for a donation.

It's easy to apply for services. You may contact us via email, phone or walk-in.
