The Urban Renewal Area consists of a large portion of the waterfront, Cove, and business areas in the downtown area of Oregon City. Urban Renewal plans in Oregon City have helped to revitalize the economic health of the City. Currently the City has one Urban Renewal District in the Downtown area.
