Meeting Information
Meetings are on the first Thursday of each month from 7 pm to 9 pm and alternate between General meeting and Steering Committee meeting.
Both General and Steering Meetings are accessible online through Zoom. General Meetings are held in-person at the Oregon City Public Library Community Room, 606 John Adams Street, Oregon City.

📢 Who: Everyone is welcome—spread the word!
🛠️ What: McLoughlin Promenade Park Clean-up
📍 Where: Meet at Promenade Park, 2nd Street
⏰ When: 9 AM – 11 AM, 2nd Sat of each month (May – Oct)
🌱 Why: Oregon City Parks & Recreation operates with limited staff and funding, making community involvement essential. A well-maintained park strengthens our neighborhoods and enhances the local environment. Together, we help keep this space safe, clean, and inviting for all.
🧤 How: Bring rakes, weeding tools, gloves, buckets, and basic gardening hand tools. The Parks Department will provide yard waste bins.
