Neighborhood Association Mailing Labels
Lists updated September 29, 2023.
There are two mailing label lists for each neighborhood - taxpayer (owner) and occupant (resident). Currently, only the occupant (resident) labels are available online. To access the occupant (resident) mailing labels, click on the item you want from the list below. The labels are available in Word (.docx) and Excel (.xlsx) format. Be sure to browse through this entire page to see information on the mailing label lists. If you are using an older version of Word or Excel, contact one of our staff listed below to obtain a compatible version.
Please note: These labels to be used only for Neighborhood Association business. Commercial use of these labels is not allowed.
Neighborhood Boundaries The labels were generated using the NA boundaries approved in June 2005. All subsequent mailing labels will reflect these new boundaries.
Format of Mailing Labels Mailing labels are now supplied as Word documents, not Adobe pdf files. This allows you to edit them or add/remove entries. They have been designed to fit on Avery 5160 Mailing Labels.
Occupant (Resident (SITUS) Mailing Label Change As of September 2020, resident mailing labels are now being called occupant mailing labels. Starting June 2004, the occupant (resident (SITUS)) labels have been expanded significantly. In earlier versions of the mailing labels, there was only one occupant (resident) address for each taxlot. This has been expanded to include all physical addresses within the neighborhood. This now includes multiple-unit addresses such as apartment units.
